2018 Annual Conference

Sponsorship, Exhibition & Advertising Opportunities

The Foundation for Research and Education in Eating Disorders (FREED) will hold its annual conference on October 18, 2018 at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. The theme of this year’s conference is “Future Directions in Eating Disorders,” featuring an impressive lineup of renowned speakers with expertise in the causes, biology, diagnosis and management of eating disorders.

As in previous years, we expect attendance and participation from a broad audience of care providers, researchers, educators, students, and other non-profit organizations. The FREED conference offers tremendous opportunities to present and discuss the latest research, establish collaborations, and network in the field of eating disorders.

This year, FREED is pleased to offer the following opportunities for sponsorship, exhibition, and advertising in connection with its 2018 conference. We welcome the opportunity to discuss other sponsorship opportunities and levels to meet the specific requirements of our sponsors. Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities and Levels

Presentations/Session Sponsor: $3,000

  • Name and logo listed on conference brochure, promotional materials, program, and digital promotions on FREED website
  • Two complimentary registrations to the conference
  • Full page advertisement in the conference program
  • Name and logo listed as a Conference Sponsor in program
  • Logo projected on screen during meal/coffee breaks

Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor: $2,000

  • Name listed on conference brochure, promotional materials, program, and digital promotions on FREED website
  • Two complimentary registrations to the conference
  • Half page advertisement in the conference program
  • Name listed as a Conference Sponsor in program
  • Name listed on screen during meal break

Coffee Break Sponsor: $1,500

  • Name listed on conference brochure, promotional materials, program, and digital promotions on FREED website
  • One complimentary registration to the conference
  • Name listed as a Conference Sponsor in program
  • Name listed on screen during coffee break

Exhibitor Package

Exhibitor: $1,800 (10 Available)**

  • 1 full 6’ tabletop booth located in conference lobby
  • Two complimentary registrations to the conference (person/s manning the booth must register)
  • Brief description of organization under Exhibitors List section of conference program

Advertising Opportunities

Pick One Table: $500 (8 Available)*

  • Exhibit space on Pick One table*, located inside the conference room. Space allocated is one quarter of a 6” table. Unmanned.
  • Name of organization under Exhibitors List section of conference program

Swag Bags: $800

  • One (1) promotional material (e.g. brochure, pen, stress ball) in swag bag of every conference attendee
  • Promotional material to be shipped to FREED offices no later than September 24th 2018

Half page ad: $550

  • A half-page advertisement in the conference program
  • Name recognized in conference program

Individual Donor Opportunities

Donation: $150+

  • All individual donations of $150 or above will be recognized in the conference program
  • Gifts made “in memory of” or “celebrating recovery”, will be recognized as such

**Only written cancellations are accepted for Exhibitor Registration. Cancellations must be received by the FREED office no later than August 10, 2018. One half of the Exhibitor fee will be refunded for requests received prior to August 10, 2018. No refunds will be issued after August 10, 2018.
